Welcome
Welcome to the Crawley and District group of the Civil Service Pensioners' Alliance (CSPA). Find out more about us, where we meet and what we do.

We are a friendly group centred on Crawley but  also covering East Grinstead, Haywards Heath, Horley, Horsham, Redhill and Reigate areas with approximately 380 members. The group holds monthly meetings except in January when there is no meeting and in August when we hold a summer lunch.

Group meetings combine discussions on local and national campaigning activities and policies and also include entertaining guest speakers who will send you home smiling.

We try to hold the seven local constituency MPs to account on policy issues not just affecting CSPA members but those affecting pensioners on a more general basis.

When and where do we meet?
We meet at the 'Orchard, Gleneagles Court, Brighton Road, Crawley' this is located about 200 metres south of the first level crossing. The venue is wheelchair and disabled friendly. Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month except January and August. All meetings start at 10.30am with refreshments and socialising. The business of the meeting commences at 10.45am and concludes no later than 12.30pm. After each meeting the committee and members attending the meeting retire to a local hostelry for lunch including the Snooty Fox public house next to Three Bridges Railway Station.

What Does it cost?
Administrative costs include: postage, photocopying, hire of the meeting room at the Orchard, and refreshments. To cover these costs an Annual Charge of £10.00 per household, with no limit on the number of members in the same household is made, and a charge of £3.00 is made at all meetings. Please try to come to some if not all of our meetings. You can be assured of a  warm and friendly welcome.
